VOLUNTEERS
Welcome A board

In order to confront the difficult challenges nonprofit organizations face in the coming years SAVE Dade is looking inward as it strengthens its leadership and capacity. Several new board members have joined us all in an effort to grow the organizations diversity and reach into all corners of the community. A nonprofit board is critical to the success and sustainability of the organization, SAVE Dade recognizes this as we welcome and congratulate its newest leaders:

Orlando Gonzales: Orlando was recently nominated as SAVE Dade’s Board Chair. His experience as a small business owner for Jostens and lifetime advocate for change will create the internal fortitude to carry us during his 2 year tenure.

Georg Ketelhohn: As SAVE Dade’s Chair-Elect, Georg brings with him great knowledge with more than 19 years experience as an LGBT advocate. Georg is an attorney specializing in Construction Law with Sigfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre, & Sobel. He also sits as our Political Committee Chair.

Adam Slosberg: As a financial expert and small business owner Adam brings with him the fiduciary responsibility of the for-profit world. Adam is SAVE Dade’s Treasurer and aims to make stronger our internal accounting capacity operational strength.
